Position : Office Administrator - Johannesburg
We are currently seeking a skilled Office Administrator to support our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate office events and activities as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
