Position : Sales Assistant - Cape Town
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Provide information about products and services
- Ensure the store is clean and presentable at all times
- Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Process sales transactions using the point of sale system
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager

- Previous experience in a retail environment preferred
