Position : Store Assistant - Cape Town
We are looking for a Store Assistant.
Responsibilities :
- To ensure the achievement of the stores financial performance by driving and maximising sales, tracking daily targets, weekly and monthly sales plans and proactively taking appropriate action as required.
- To efficiently manage and control all operational activities of the team.
- To successfully manage the team execution of all sales and promotional standards are maintained and that the appearance of the the company’s image.
Required profile for job ad : Store Assistant - Cape Town
- Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Additional education in retail management or business can be beneficial.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and provide excellent service.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and assist customers.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions, manage sales, and perform basic arithmetic operations.
