- Conversions of inquiries into sales, upselling and negotiating of best possible rates for clients. Reservations of all services requested by clients mainly conferences, events and group bookings including group’s special functions, meetings and conferences, group’s accommodation bookings, weddings, activities, special events such as baby & bridal showers, birthday parties, special lunches/dinners, year end functions etc, for two resorts. Loading conference, events and group reservations on E-res, Cimso (Inn-keeper) and Taskflow once clients has accepted and signed quotations. Drafting of function sheets, including conference booking sheets and reverting it back to the resorts for the conduction of the actual conference/event. Sending out final invoices for final payments, to clients. Respond to emails and telephone inquiries and provide written confirmations once booking has been made on the POS system. Making bookings for international group’s tour series for two resorts, according to the specific resorts’s booking terms and conditions. Stay in constant communication with STO’s and PCO’s with regards to status of reservations, payment requirements, deadlines, and conditions of reservations.
