- I was part of the Behavioural Economics team and primarily workeworked on research and consultaion to the tech and UX team teams for the loyalty programme. We also consulted the rest of the bank by doing and producing research results. My unique role in the team also included recording each project the the team members tackled for MANCO each month. I was also in charge of broadening the teams research library, adding new and usable research to it for future projects.
