Operations: people, core operations, budgeting, projects and strategy. Career highlights Ghaghoo Diamond Mine, a subsidiary of Gem Diamonds PLC, used a SharePoint 2010 site, hosted by VDDB/saamwerk. Some customisations were done at their request to meet their specific needs. After completion of the construction project, Gem Diamonds requested that the data be moved from the hosted SharePoint site to their Office 365 implementation of SharePoint. After a lengthy investigation, more than 100Gb of data was moved from the hosted site to Office 365. It comprised of one Site Collection, three different sites and several lists such as Document Libraries, Team Discussion and other. All data had to be moved with intact metadata. The implementation of Acumatica for the following in house companies: VDDB Projekdienste, Raslouw Onderwys, Accelerato Beleggings and Indicato Inligting. All the companies moved over to the ERP system to do all their Purchasing and Inventory management as well as financial reporting. They moved away from the old accounting system to an easy electronic system for all approvals and reporting. We migrated all their old data and did all the project related reporting from Acumatica. Purchasing, budgets and project costs can be tracked from a central location which was a big success.
